As a dual-licensed REALTOR® in both Nevada and California, I help clients buy, sell, and invest across two of the most dynamic markets in the country. After 32 years of dedicated public service, I retired to pursue real estate full time — channeling the same discipline, integrity, and commitment to community that defined my career into every client relationship.

Real estate is in my blood. I grew up working alongside my grandfather, who owned and operated his own real estate company and sold properties throughout California. Those early years instilled in me a deep respect for the industry, a commitment to honest dealing, and an understanding that real estate is not just about transactions — it is about people and their futures.

I have been investing in real estate since my teenage years, and that hands-on experience as an investor gives me a well-rounded perspective. I understand what is at stake because I have been on both sides of the table.
