I'm Jerretta Sandoz, a Las Vegas real estate agent and REALTOR®, dual-licensed in Nevada (License #S.0191334) and California (CA DRE #02155095), based with Simply Vegas. I specialize in helping clients relocate from California to Las Vegas — and I know that move firsthand, because I split my time between both.

My path into real estate started young — as a teenager, I worked alongside my grandfather at his real estate brokerage, learning this business from the ground up long before I ever held a license. That early exposure shaped how I think about property and people, and I've been a personal real estate investor for over 20 years since.

My professional foundation comes from my 32 years with the Los Angeles Police Department, where I served more than 20 years as a Sergeant and also worked as a Detective. Early in my career, I earned a Master's Degree in Negotiation and Conflict Management — a credential I put directly to work when I was elected Vice President of the Los Angeles Police Protective League, representing thousands of officers. In that role, I served as a lead negotiator on two billion-dollar contracts on behalf of law enforcement, high-stakes negotiations where every detail mattered.

Today, I bring that same training and discipline to every offer, counteroffer, and closing table for my clients — whether you're a first-time home buyer, exploring new construction homes in Summerlin or Henderson, or navigating a California-to-Nevada relocation.
